Tool Design and Manufacturing
Our Told Design department is responsible for designing and modelling all kinds of molds/apparatus, creating toolpaths for CNC machines and creating dimensional measurement surfaces.
Cold Forming – Press Line
In our Press Department, we shape sheet metal from 125 tons to 1500 tons and 2400x5000 mm table size.
Cnc Cutting and Bending
All sheet materials up to 4000 mm width are shaped without tooling.
Powder Coating
Electrostatic powder coating is a solvent-free surface coating method. The coating material is very fine powder paint particles that make up the top coat layer.
Fuel Tank Production
We produce aluminum and steel fuel tanks in line with the demands of our customers..
Welding and Assembly
We produce steel/aluminum/stainless steel products using mig-mag-tig and spot welding methods in separate welding lines and cells.
